Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because everything in this shop is handmade in small batches, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or similar reasons. Please double check your order before checking out.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives, and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right. Reach out at karleighwalkswithjesus@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, and you can choose either a free replacement or a full refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to give a justification. This is a legal requirement under EU consumer law and applies regardless of our general final-sale policy. To cancel under this right, contact us at karleighwalkswithjesus@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, and your item must be returned in the same condition you received it.

Refunds

Once a refund or replacement is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund on their end. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, contact us at karleighwalkswithjesus@gmail.com.
